What happens once I have enrolled a plan?

  • Once you have subscribed to one of our plans you will be prompted to submitted some details about your modules, this should take less than 5 minutes. We will then review your modules and provided that they meet our standards we will issue your unique certificate within 7 days maximum! You will see that it is a valuable trustmark so include it in your website and in your materials.

What happens if my modules do not match your standards?

  • Do not worry, we are here to help! From our experience if the modules do not match our standards it is most likely due to the lack of health and safety or compliance disclosure. If that is the case we have readily available content (incl. ploicies and procedures) that we will send, you just need to confirm that you will incorporate it and we will issue your certificate! From our experience no certification has been ever materially delayed and 100% of the application have ultimately been successful.

Can you help with other training related services? I want to launch my course but I do not know where to start or I do not have the right modules? 

  • Short answer is yes! Just get in touch via the contact form, we have years of experience in the training industry and there is nothing that we can't do. Whether it is helping you with your content, developing a sales strategy for your training or setting up an online training platform we can do all of this for you.
